Unicorn hair in portkeys

What is with the lack of unicorn hair in portkeys?

I use to always get them, and always have over 50 in my inventory. Now I'm at zero, been like that for a week. Anyone else having this problem? I open about 6 portkeys a day and mainly get spell energy, which I dont need cause energy is everywhere. The lack of unicorn hair is getting frustrating

i think, maxed of enhance strong extimulo is comparable to potent extimulo (without enhancement).

now i usually use more strong extimulo than potent in knight bus.
