How to see Announcements?

Whenever I click on any announcement, I can only see the comments. How do I see the actual announcement?

Whenever I click on any announcement, I can only see the comments. How do I see the actual announcement?

@Eleanor001 I'm not sure if this is the problem, but usually when you click on the thread, it takes you to the last read comment so you can read new comments after that. If you want to see the announcement (ie the first post in a thread), you need to scroll up, or go the top of the first page (when there are multiple pages). If this doesn't answer your question, a screen shot of what you are seeing might help.
Well, I tried to leave a comment, and the forum completely lost it....
Oh ok. Thanks for clearing it @Dogoutlaw, this problem was really confusing because I couldn't even see why people were losing their **** and then they close discussions at times too so I couldn't even comment and ask.
