Is there any sort of readonly api for fetching a wizards profession / SOS levels?

Hi there,
I was thinking of making a planner to help me figure out where I wanted to go with my SOS levels and stop me from missing some of the 'oh that's only 10 brown books, just take it' type situations, but it would be very helpful if I could fetch all my current levels in order to make it usable by any user without them having to do a lot of painful set up. Is there any way to get access to a read only api, where I would possibly have a developer token, people would OAuth to, and it would allow lookup of a users information ?
While I'm asking, it would be even more awesome if there was a way to fetch the list of all SOS levels, and their associated book costs, but I understand if that's not around

What I did was to make a copy of it and save it in my google account. This way I can mark all the lessons I have already in the "Lesson Planner". Moreover, if you mark some lessons with "want" you can see in "personal tracker" which lessons you still need to get there and how many ressources they would cost you. There's a much more detailed description of all the functionalities in the first spreadsheet. Have fun! :)
