how do we obtain regional eggs

Hi all

as far as I know we have regional dragons which I encounter from time to time .. In my case it is the Common Welsh Green.. I also noticed that before the dragon event somehow I got 6 common Welsh green Eggs but I do not recall the way I have obtained it .. I guess the eggs are also as the dragon .. region depended .. so my question is

How do I obtain more common welsh green eggs ? portkeys ? which ones

    @JIa3ap yes eggs are obtained through paramount (10km, currently 5km) portkeys but are extremely rare from what I've heard. Just before the dragon event I got a common welsh one
