Witches and Wizards,
Help return Brilliant Foundables from the Hall of Prophecy during Part 2 of the Battle of the Department of Mysteries Brilliant Event, starting Tuesday, September 22 at 11 a.m. PT.
The Brilliant Foundables featured during this event can be found in the following locations:
- Masked Death Eater - Wizarding Challenges
- Ginny Weasley - Brilliant Portkey
- Hermione Granger - Tasks
- Brilliant Harry Potter - Encounter
- Brilliant Prophecy Orb - Encounter
Brilliant Portkeys for this event will be 1.5km. As a reminder, Part 1 Portkeys will give you Part 1 rewards anytime you open them, even if you wait to open them during Part 2.
Don’t forget to pick up your complimentary store pack which will contain the following:
- 6x Baneberry
- 4x Bulbadox Juice
- 4x Angels Trumpet
- 2x Erumpent Horn
- 25 Spell Energy
Keep an eye out for Bonus Assignments that will be available in game after the main tasks have been completed!

@hpwulola Thanks for showing that you are still active with this post... yet, there has been no response about the 2.15 update causing the trace levels to become even more broken and added trace ribbons now displaying as if traces are more difficult as well. There are many posts on this and zero official responses if the developers intentionally or unintentionally broke trace levels even further.

i hope there will be no other surprise tasks after this "color surprise" update.
Find lovage now! Brew one "regular" invigoration draught and then use two... I toss lovage usually, so I must now go hunt some down. 🤦♀️

As side note 1 of our local players always plants lovage in GH as the pun...spreading the lovage!
Also worth noting we'll need to use 2 Invigoration draugh in part 2 task.

i think i saw a few lovage around bushes by the river, have to check again later.
Also if lovage is a issue
2 lovage to brew regular invigoration draugh is 6 gold
Potion is 30 gold
It seems like the complimentary gift should give Invigoration Potion ingredients either instead of or in addition to Tonic ingredients.
It should... But that requires them to change something... And that might break the game even more.

I'm here for the task 4/4 of the next event.
I'm from Brazil, pretty active player, love and I'm a lil addict to the game.
Here we are still at quarentine, we're not supposed to go out and about.
For the dragons, i walked 11km to try open some portkeys, from my house to my front gate.
There's NO WAY I'll be able to finish the task 4/4. 500 brilliant family XP.
Please, please, plase... rethink this task. PLEASE.

Be great if we could actually finish event one. But the bloody black screen means no game play. I can't believe you guys haven't made any announcements about this why it's happening and a permenant fix.

SInce I cant go into my registry, i cant brew potions, I cant do anything with portkeys or ingredients. And I cant open any event confoundables so.......cant participate....... and challenges only work 25% of the time, so I cant do those.......
not so much fun lately.....spend more time restarting app than playing.
I was so close finishing task in event 1. Finishing task 1-3 in 2 days. On the 3rd day I can't ser thing on maps, it's total black screen.. I can only randomly tap on the screen to get to foundables.. Can't purposedly select mysterious artefacts to earn 500 bloody MAXP, just 1 more task till I can fill all the registry. Really gutted
Two hours into the event and the game already crashed and doesn't load (connection lost message). After so many times of pushing us all to play fortresses at the same time you should have fixed this error... or learned not to create tasks in a way that forces players out.
When will players like me be allowed back inside the game?
Stuck in restart loop yet again @HPWUblue @hpwulola please help!
Stuck in start stop loop right after placing trace tonic and brain exlixer. Will these be lost to me? I live in a rural area and with the ARIZONA heat it is hard to get out to play, pick up ingredients etc. I have precious few trace tonic or brain elixir. Not a happy camper here.
@StitcherMary that happened to me last time and I believe I was refunded everything including runestone. Still, I really wish this had been fixed with this update. Now who knows how much longer it will be until it's fixed, if at all. I'm about to give up
2.5hrs (without TTD) and only 4 Brilliant Prophecy Orbs have appeared though a lot of the part1 brillants are appearing (maybe TOO many).

just wondering if there is change on tasks
@Kodokmag the only change on tasks I know of is on task set 2. The Orange Wizard graphic said to collect two BE runestones, but when I got to that list, it required getting the death eater (2 of them) from the fortress using the current BE runestone at the fortress.
