Losing Exstimulo potions after doing SOS training for more casts

I completed the SOS training yesterday to add an extra cast to Strong Exstimulo but now it is not rolling over to the next foundable when I should have casts left. It happened yesterday after only using 2 out of 5 casts and just happened today after using 1 out of 5.
