Now that Android 11 has officially been released, will I be able to play HPWU on it? When Android 10 was released it took a while to become officially compatible, so I want to make sure before updating this time around.
I have Android 9 and a moto g7 play I had the Moto g6 play and it was fine but now that I upgraded my phone it says it's not compatible I can't even download it!
If you're getting the gray bar at the top, do the following:
Go to Settings -> In the Search settings bar at the top, search for "status bar" -> Tap on the "Hide status bar icons on top of screen" option -> Check the box next to "Hide status bar icons at top of screen" -> Restart your game

Don't do it! The Android bottom bar covers up the bottom of the screen. Can't use potions in battles, which means you can't get past page 3 in the challenge this weekend (use invigoration draft).
Nevermind, tried what Cath... posted above and it fixed it!
I've been running HPWU on Android 11 since the middle of last week. Initially it seemed to be fine, but on Friday I started getting the notification bar chopping off the top of the screen.
Having searched here I tried the solution suggested by @Cathantric , but unfortunately it does not seem to work for me. The problem is still intermittent, but when it happens it's very annoying -particularly in fortresses when the time left is covered up.

I've got a Pixel 3XL and am afraid to update to Android 11, as I also experienced issues with the initial Android 10 update.
Could anyone who already went through with the update confirm that HPWU is still working?
I would also like to know since I have a Pixel 4XL but I don't want interruptions to dragon week!
You can play HP with 11 but there's a really annoying message/ notification thing that blocks your fragment count. I have a pixel 3aXL.
So if anyone knows how to get rid of that....
