Gold coins were not received after purchase
I have purchased 2100 gold coins as $28.98 Singapore dollars.The transaction went through for the first time but I didn’t received any gold coin.Unknowingly,they prompt me for a second transaction which it didn’t went through
I only want the first transaction to go through,not the second one.Now tat the first transaction went through but I didn’t received my 2100 coins.I need the 2100 coins to buy my silver keys
Can u rectify the error and credit my 2100 gold coin to my game.My trainer name is BarackObama88

The sounds like an issue that needs in-game support. Hit the briefcase, then gear on top left, then ? On bottom right, then Get Support, then the message icon on the top right.
Support is severely limited this week, though.
This is a big issue.Apple ITunes is holding on to my money and I didn’t receive any in game credit.A refund was submitted on the Apple side but not successful.This is the first time tat I encounter this
Although most of the hpwu employees are on one week leave but I believe there is one or two employees at the backend as support
I hope this matter can be seriously looked into

If you do get a response from any team member it will probably be to tell you to report your problem via in app support. If you follow BenTiger's instructions above you can report this in the correct place.
I have reported at app support but only the bot was replying @MtPollux
Did this ever get resolved? I purchased 900 gold coins for €10,99 yesterday. The money was taken from my account, but I haven't received any coins.
The in-app support is laughable. A bot tells you to log out and back in, that's it. I want my coins or I want my money back!

most of the time players forget to follow-up after their issue is resolved..
It's always better to discuss in-app purchase-related issues via in-app. @Drakonite is right, try to get someone (not bot) to talk with you. Contact the app store too, if your money is deducted from your bank account but gold's not showing in the app even after re-logging, they are usually the culprits @JaneDoeMuggle
