Ability to delete Portkey portmanteaus

I've not seen this requested yet, but seems something natural to me to be able to do in the game...

Could the ability to delete unopened portmanteaus be added please?


This is very pertinent to the upcoming (last minute) dragon event where I, as I'm sure many others do also, have a full queue of high km portmanteaus lined up that will take a while to walk off before I can even begin to take advantage of the dragon week ones.


We are able to delete any ingredient, any potion, any seed or water and even runestones (which themselves do not even have an upper limit restriction anyway), but have never been able to remove unwanted pickups. This has also previously caused frustration with event variations which have accidentally been picked up after completing it's trace quota.

    There's no delete portmanteaus in this game. If you want pick up portmanteaus brilliant, just wait empty portmanteaus for 2 slot to save more.

    I solve this by walking all of mine and never turning them in until I need too. I only have one that needs opening at a time for my gold key. When an event happens I can mass use all the unlocked ones at once.

    This has been requested since day one. I doubt they'll ever add it because they want you to get frustrated and use all your silver keys so that you'll be forced to buy more at some point

    You can use the search bar to see if something has been posted before and if you search "Delete Portmanteaus" you will see that this has been requested many, many times, as @bryu pointed out. Unfortunately, they don't seem inclined to make this change.


    The only thing you can do is to plan ahead and if an event is upcoming that you want to collect Portmanteaux for, stop picking them up several days before it starts so that you will have cleared out space by the time it does. It's true, we didn't have a lot of notice for this event, but there were several days to prepare. Since the event is a week long, hopefully you will be able to clear some space in time to pick up some of the Special Dragon Portmanteaux. Good luck!
