This game helped our long-distance family through a difficult time as well — it gave my sister and I something lighthearted and meaningful to connect around when family was in harm’s way at work, or losing their jobs, or ill — as a member of our family began cancer treatment in the thick of quarantine with a house full of kids and we gathered (virtually) around to support…
The sweet news on that last part is that family member is now a full year cancer-free and we will be converging and celebrating together at Universal’s Wizarding World next month!
The game will no longer be a thing then but… that’s ok. It’ll give us more time together OFF SCREENS. I’m fine with that! And the slow-burn to the end is a big part of why I’m fine with it. So yes, thank you to the HPWU team for keeping the game going. 🪄✨

So very sad of the ending. Just when pretty cafes and new portmanteau destinations arrived. Could speak on what I feel went wrong forever, but for now. Am at level 58.5 and working feverishly to finish. Pointless, I know, but after thousands of hours spent I just do. May I suggest?
More Snowdrop PLEASE. We have 100s of unicorn hairs but unable to use.
More Trace charms. Keep getting full already Greenhouse charms when I cannot use them. (no water)
For those in my predicament lessen the amount of DADA and spell books necessary. I doubt any changes will be implemented given Jan 31 but seems a simple thing to allow more Snowdrop. Thanks for all the extra boosts, shrooms, keys and energy!
Finally I wish all the WU staff well. Hoping you are well paid and able to move to another position within Niantic (if you wish). Or, go bigger with larger gaming platforms! You have experience and an excellent understanding of what works and does not. That is invaluable. Much <3 and success to all!

I am losing steam- finally got all my 1920's to gold.
I want to say Thank-you for the game.
I started a year late when I finally got an upgraded phone.
When I started I had just finished 6 months of cancer treatment and was home recovering during the pandemic.
This game motivated me to get out and walk. I needed to get my strength after chemo and this game was a godsend.
I simply enjoyed it for the Harry Potter world. Yes, there were glitches- oh well.
The graphics were phenomenal and I got pictures from around the globe.
I will miss it, but I suppose all good things must come to an end.
I will keep playing a bit until the end, but the slow death has made it easier to break the habit.

With all due respect @wthKamikaze dropping anything right now will prevent some people from reaching their goals. I decided with the first set of adversaries that I didnt want to waste the energy doing any of them But I STILL need a ton of regular foundables (even though I started on the very first day) because it took so long to find some of the rare ones that I wasnt able to prestige certain pages until recently - a couple are STILL on Bronze because of one stupid foundable. Boosting EVERYTHING would be the only option that will help everyone.

Congrats to all on your progress in finishing things!! As for me...
Wins:
- golded most exploration registry pages (except dragons due to portkeys and Room of Requirement I due to lack of Dueling dummy though holding out hope for 5 more dueling dummies!!)
- all challenge pages golded (yay wands!!) Except for adversaries.
- all feared and lethal adversaries at silver or gold.
- should complete second profession tree.
Losses:
- won't gold dragons. If portkeys were still around i could have gotten to gold but i need to place 28 more dragon eggs so that won't happen.
- won't get to gold for all adversaries as EDMs result in me being kicked out of 3/4s of all challenges.
- won't finish remaining achievement tasks like greenhouses and placing dark detectors at inns, but I'm ok with that.
Still sad this game is ending. Did spend real money on it but not tons. Just wish they would have listened to our requests for adjustments to the final schedule so we could go out on a high note. Seems like it would have been easy to keep dragons eggs around for the month as so many of us asked for. Wishing you all the best as we head into the final 12 days!

Since there was no in-game news about the matter I didn't realise the dragon eggs were only around for a limited time and was left 6 eggs short from completing those pages. Please bring them back.

Could you add Demiguise to the map? Only fragment besides dragon eggs (thank you for the coming event!) That I need green starred on any exploration page.
Really appreciate all the stuff added to the map that was only in portkeys before and the silver keys. Helps a lot.

Why do you need to separate these? Get rid of all the useless foundables on the map. Let emergencies and dragons spawn only for foundables. Let the lethals be boosted. Let the only portkeys be 1920s and Dragon portkeys, no regular at all. Quadruple the fragments given. Guarantee fragments at every level of fortresses. All of this at the same time for the whole month. Warner Brothers is killing Wizards Unite, at least let it go out with a bang and not this tiny whimper. It wouldn't **** you to make this amazing would it. You have nothing to lose @hpwulola

More large bundles in the store would be nice - just to avoid having to tap repeatedly to refill potions and spell energy. A 10 wit bundle would be much more useful than 10 dawdle draughts, I haven’t even been using DDs.
